Silica brick: an acidic refractory mainly composed of tridymite, cristobalite and a small amount of residual quartz and glass phases. Its silica content is more than 94%, it has anti-acid slag erosion performance, high high temperature strength, high load softening temperature, long-term use in high temperature flower wells without deformation, but low thermal shock stability (heat exchange in water is 1-4 Second-rate).

The main characteristics of silica bricks used in glass kilns:
① The high temperature volume is stable, and the furnace body will not change due to temperature fluctuations. Silica bricks have high softening temperature under load, low creep rate, and the glass kiln can keep the furnace body at 1600 °C without deformation, and the structure is stable.
② No pollution to glass liquid. The main component of silica brick is SiO2. If there is a block or surface droplet during use, it will not affect the quality of the glass liquid.
③ Resistant to chemical attack. The silica brick of the upper structure is eroded by the gas containing R2O in the glass batch, and a smooth metamorphic layer is formed on the surface, which reduces the erosion rate and plays a protective role.
④ Small bulk density. Reduce furnace weight
The blast furnace volume continues to expand, and the coke oven is developing into a larger scale. The height of the carbonization chamber in foreign countries has reached more than 7m, and the large-volume coke oven of 6m is also very common in China, which puts forward new requirements for the quality of silica bricks for coke ovens. Our company has developed silica bricks with high thermal strength, low true density, low thermal expansion rate and high phosphorous quartz content, which meet the requirements of good coke oven body stability and long service life.
Special Acid-proof Brick Lightweight acid-proof Brick Acid resistant brick is the ideal choose for your project with their features of proof pressure, corrosion resistance, easy to clean and acid-base resistance.
Silica brick is an acidic refractory mainly composed of tridymite, cristobalite and a small amount of residual quartz and glass phases
Silica bricks for coke ovens are siliceous refractory products used for building coke ovens with tridymite as the main crystal phase. Coke oven silica bricks are used to build regenerator walls, ramps, combustion chambers, carbonization chambers and furnace roofs of coke ovens. Silica brick is an acid refractory material with good resistance to acid slag erosion. The softening temperature under load is as high as 1640-1670 °C, and the volume is relatively stable in long-term use at high temperature.
Coke furnace silicon bricks are mainly used in the heat storage room, oblique road, charcoal room, combustion room, top of the furnace, and bottom of the furnace.
Anti stripping high alumina bricks are referred to as anti-stripping bricks or anti-stripping refractory bricks. Anti-stripping high-alumina bricks are widely used in my country's new dry process kiln, Libore kiln and wet process kiln, including kiln door cover, rising flue, cooling zone, decomposition zone, safety belt, transition zone, coolant rear Walls and side walls and beams with curved ceilings.
Brown corundum refractory brick is made of fused corundum as the main raw material. It is formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature. It has high thermal shock stability, low porosity, low expansion, good resistance to melt vapor and gas erosion, and excellent oxidation resistance. Dimensionally accurate advantages.
The refractoriness of clay bricks is comparable to that of silica bricks, up to 1690~1730℃, but the softening temperature under load is more than 200℃ lower than that of silica bricks. Because in addition to the high refractory mullite crystal, the clay brick also contains nearly half of the low melting point amorphous glass phase.
The unshaped refractory material used when repairing the lining of thermal equipment by spray construction method is called refractory gunning material. It is made of a refractory set with a certain particle gradation
